MIPRO 2021 - Notification for authors whose paper is still under review

A process of paper reviewing is still in progress. Regarding the fact that all the deadlines were prolonged and the situation with pandemics, some papers are still under review. Authors are kindly asked to have patience. The reviewers are doing their best to process the papers and authors will be informed about the final decision at their earliest convenience.

The conference aims to discuss smart islands and COVID-19 post-pandemic recovery of islands and rural areas.

MIPRO organizes an event on the topic of blockchain and circular economy
MIPRO organizes a Forum called “Blockchain Technology for Circular Economy” to be held on Tuesday, May 25 via Zoom digital platform starting at 10 am.

The language of the event is Croatian (alternatively English) and access is free for all registered participants.

This Forum aims to intensify the application of Blockchain technology in Croatia and improve the initiative to build a pilot Blockchain infrastructure (CroBSI) and create a link with similar initiatives in the European Union. It is intended for advanced economic entities that intend to contribute to the development of innovative applications in new circumstances and opportunities related to the circular economy and beyond.

MIPRO 2021 is postponed for autumn
|
 Given the current epidemiological situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the health of all MIPRO participants, the 44th International ICT Convention MIPRO 2021 is postponed for autumn.
MIPRO 2021 will take place in Opatija from 27 September to 1 October 2021.

 This year's 347 scientific and professional papers from 14 conferences and 2 special sessions that have met IEEE standards and protocols have been published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
 IEEE Xplore publishes papers from all IEEE scientific publications as well as conference sponsors. It provides web access to more than five-million full-text documents from some of the world's most highly-cited publications in electrical engineering, computer science, and electronics.

MIPRO 2020 Best Paper Awards, Friend of MIPRO and Prominent Person Charters
 The MIPRO 2020 International Hybrid Convention follows many traditions. One of them is the awarding best papers and giving recognition to individuals for their work in the MIPRO society.
MIPRO respected that tradition this year as well, in a modified hybrid form, but retaining all the most important elements. At the opening ceremony, on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, in the Congress Hall of the Grand Hotel Adriatic and for the first time in a live stream via the YouTube platform, the President of the Program Committee, Academician Karolj Skala, announced the three best papers, one student paper, awarded one Friend of MIPRO award and two awards to prominent individuals for significant contribution to the association.
