MIPRO proudly announces this year's plenary lecture dedicated to applications of attophysics in medicine and computing.
SUB-ATOMIC MOTIONS From capturing electrons to speeding up signal processing Ferenc Krausz Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics, Garching, Germany
Born at the dawn of the new millennium, attosecond “photography” has opened the door for capturing sub-atomic motions as they evolve in time. Control of the oscillating electric field of light has permitted the attosecond control of electrons with unprecedented precision in space and time.
Celebrating 50 years at the Ruđer Bošković Institute and 40 years with MIPRO fills me with immense joy and gratitude. It has been a privilege to contribute to the growth and achievements of both the Institute and MIPRO in the realms of science and technology. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all my collaborators and professional colleagues for their support and partnership along this journey.
MIPRO will once again employ multilingual translation during this year's opening ceremony. The use of advanced AI-driven translation technology represents a significant advancement in overcoming language barriers. This initiative aims to reduce the dominance of English in international forums by promoting linguistic diversity and adhering to the European Union’s regulations on language equality in all contexts.
