Scope:

Conference on Information and Communication Technology Law - ICTLAW is dedicated to presenting current research and analysis of the relevant European and national legal practice, the application of laws and regulations, applicable judicature, supervisory body practices, and new developments in the field of information technology law including the areas of personal data protection and privacy, intellectual property, electronic commerce, cybercrime phenomenology and prevention, internet governance, electronic media, and electronic communication. The conference will include scientific and professional papers containing original research, an overview of the regulatory practices, and proposals de lege ferenda. Quantitative research concerning the effectiveness and impact of the current regulative framework and legal practice is especially welcome.

Topics of special interest include but are not limited to:

The conference welcomes submission of scientific papers and presentations or presentations without papers. No paper presentation fee is 150 EUR (165 EUR from 20 May).

Official languages are English and Croatian.
