Goran Vojković - invited lecturer at the ICTLAW conference
At the upcoming ICTLAW conference, an invited lecture will be delivered by Goran Vojković, Full Professor at University North, who will address the important issue of responsibility and risk management in digital public administration.

The digital transformation of public administration has introduced highly structured electronic processes that enable full traceability of every step in administrative procedures. While such systems significantly improve formal compliance and transparency, they also reveal a less visible issue: the fact that every action is recorded does not necessarily mean that responsibility for managing processes, compliance, and legal risks is clearly defined.
